Fun PAX Memories Achieve not completing

I've completed 2 days with this menu now twice. I am wondering if I'm doing something wrong. Is there a specific amount of prep stations/holding stations I need to have? Can I have menu rot occuring?? Anything else I might be missing?

I just tried it myself with no unlock. 4 PS, max HS, exactly the menu as specified, and only perfect orders. Unfortunate.

EDIT: I wasn't on 'Standard' mode. 'Classic' mode is default. Worked this time.
