The Supreme Strategy game! every thing done right!
Eh? have you even played SC And/or Forged Alliance? the best strategy game!(Noter i love old C&C/Red Alert to not so mush StarCraft)
SC imho i see as the DNA for PA which has then evolved beyond the 'traditional' RTS begginings, what can it evolve into if we get PAII at some point, exciting stuff :)
More than happy PA is getting some love now though, better performance for certain.
Looking forward to seeing the engine go x64, and hoping that'll mean larger planets and battles, maybe even some terrain changes rather than making everything platforms. I'd like to see more + and - terrain changes, and kinda like TA, make that terrain have some usefulness to unit's views and ranges, etc.
If anything I worry about terrain far more in PA because of the low unit health. Units don't survive a bad engagement position long enough to overcome it. Ensuring proper engagement around corners or ramps can be vital.
Have you tried the Legion Expansion[exodusesports.com]?
