Pretty much every week they state 'next week'.

Normally I would try to help get to the bottom of your issue, or even do a 1-on-1, but this was just completely uncalled for. We're actually on the eve of a pretty big update, but I wouldn't hold your breath you won't be playing.

Damned if you do, damned if you don't. "what is this piece of ♥♥♥♥" if it is buggy in early access. We have caught bugs, and it takes further time. When its pushed back, its because we find something that we don't want to release for being buggy.

sorry about the veteran thing, it was clearly a cheap shot, i am still seeing red after having 5 hours in this game and I have only been able to walk in two different alphas, I understand that one of the developers broke the majority of the game but there is no information nor videos anywhere, we only have steam updates with theoreticals really and if I go to gagamaggot.com site is completely abandoned. there is no info on neanderthal vs. sapiens differences, what is the capital?, what is the frontier? did that get scrapped? because what I have seen on updates you talk about caveman soldier, space soldier and tiers, what is broken what is not, which client to have beta or normal I could go on but I think this body of text is enough. I love roguelikes, indies and maybe my memory fails me but I could swear seeing you on Indiedb years ago advertising this game. I dont really wanna compare you to warz/infestation survivor stories but even they had a working page and forum and I dont wanna compare again but the people that does path of exile is like 7 developers I know you people were not kickstarted but I do not really think its healthy to leave the community and game abandoned like that.

I love survival games like rust and I dont care if something is broken if they show me a frigging video with something.

We're not leaving the community OR the game. I'm sorry if our presence here has been sparse, but Jack and I are moving forward as fast as we can, and we have been answering when threads pop in and out!
Yes, website is completely out of date/touch, but right now, in all honesty, that's the least of our concern, we want to get something in the hands of the steam key holders and be able to grab some primitive game play videos ( which, i promise, is coming). Once we push out, i think the website and forums will receive a little more attention ( I'll be back in a few hours to answer your post in greater detail!)

With all due respect the last news posted there is from berfore mid-august, its almost halloween. Do you really have the gull to tell me nothing´s abandoned after two months of inactivity? We switched hosts and I can't edit it anymore, and with people mainly using Steam (Google Analytics shows very low traffic) I mainly stick to Steam. I make announcements about twice a week, it just depends on what needs to be said. If you check the news section, there is an ample quantity of literature you can read to catch up.

----If you go to the Screenshots section of the community hub, and choose "Recent" you can see my screenshot - the UI is a lot more streamline.

----Tier 1-10 is the Early Access phase, which covers 100,000 B.C.E. to 245 B.C.E. Tier 11-40 covers post-EA where we delve farther and closer towards present times. Neanderthals go extinct around Tier 3-4, and "Neanderthals" turn into Homosapiens. We might go into aspects of it where Neanderthals can survive into modern times by making Homosapiens go extinct. With that being said, Space is pretty far off.

Q.) What is the capital?
----The Capital is the central hub for the initial two species, Neanderthal and Homosapien. When players begin their own Alliances (Guilds, Empires, Clans, Organizations, etc) there will be a possability to make your Alliance public, so people can join/spawn alligned with you from spawn. Capitals are the home of the Alliance, a place to conduct business, trade, take bounties, perform tasks, gamble, etc.

Q.) What is the frontier?
----I'm not sure what you mean. The Borderlands, is an area where these two vast pieces of land meet, where resources are more valuable and abundant but the danger is high for PVP. Capital areas are safe zones, or at least somewhat safe, and everything between the Capitals is the frontier, or otherwise unknown landscape.

Q.) Will we really have something for Halloween?
----Yes, very much so. It won't be as detailed as I wanted to go with our first holiday after the incident with Allen, but overall it is going to be a decent update which is coming around Monday-Tuesday range. Christmas is going to be a pretty crazy update, being our next big holiday, so at that time you'll really get a good grasp at what Holidays in ABD are about. Halloween is my favorite holiday aside from Christmas, so it hurts me not to have everything I wanted, but with the Allen incident we really had to go back and focus on basic gameplay. I'll be focusing on Christmas and probably skipping Thanksgiving for the most part since it is so close to Halloween. We'll see what happens after this update - if we make sales I can hire more artists and make Thanksgiving a reality, at least aesthetically. Overall, Christmas is going to be a pretty fascinating time.

Why do you rage so much? Im sure like me you have spent more money on games that you never played again after the first week or so its $20 if you dont want to wait move on come back in a few months.

As far as the update goes i think it had a major memory leak that Jack had to fix or has fixed plus its Thanksgiving in America. Give the devs the respect for a holiday they observe
