Bug Discussion
I figure this may be necessary to create on the forum for the sake of the actual dev team.
I've been enjoying the game tuhs far, but I've just encountered my first bug. After talking to Lady Cygne in Act II and scaring her off, I immediately returned to the area and the game crashed with this screen: http://puu.sh/m4hyc/1f9c9232b5.png.
For further information:
I went to the area she's in first and I did not go to any areas in between.
The bug appears to be an issue with an event trigger after a few lines of dialogue between sparrowson and JayJay.

I just downloaded the fix, restarted, and encountered the exact same bug in the same place.

At the start of Act 3, after recieving Volerti's letter, I was able to choose the courtroom from the map screen. It had a description of "NA". Inside, the characters from the last trial were standing, and the last discussion re-occured, causing the camera to zoom out largely. After that discussion re-happened, the map screen was also zoomed out, and the hud was skewed. I saved and quit; continuing fixed the problem.

For those of you who are still getting the bug, you can always fix it by just loading the previous day and choosing the other option to not scare her away. I was able to progress after that.

Also, to add another bug, during Chapter 4-A there's a point where the text goes off-screen. It's minor, and the message is pretty clear anyways, but I thought I'd point it out. http://puu.sh/m4tJQ/b979478aee.jpg

I'm also encountering an error which prevents chapter 4 from starting. The door closing animation plays, then they never reopen.

On Mac OSX, the resolution settings for fullscreen/maximize don't seem to function.
Also, I find that when changing resolutions, the window gets "stuck" on the top edge of my screen, so I cannot move the window, and some of the window is cut off.

I also noticed a few typos. Not sure if intentional or stylized. But I would be happy to help squash them either way.

I haven't finished the game yet, but I kept track of some of the issues I ran in to during my first few hours. Since the developers seem to be responding, I guess I'll post them here for now:

General issues
1) If you return to Mousey in Act 2 when you need to be going to court, Falcon and Sparrowson will have dialogue but not be present onscreen. The camera still pans as if they were.

2) There are noticable outlines around the animating mouths of Sparrowson in the intro before the title screen, Mousey when he's in the A.A. office (didn't notice it in the R&M office), Quanelle during the first visit to the bar (didn't see it in later visits), and Romulus during his close-up near the end of Act 2.

3) Same as many posted above, returning to Les Halles after scaring Cygne off results in an Uncaught node.js Error.

4) Same issue as Mikkles above, entering the "NA" courthouse at the beginning of Act 3 causes the previous dialogue to repeat in the courtroom and the camera to permanently pull out, revealing the HUD elements normally hidden offscreen. Unlike Mikkles, saving and reloading did not fix the issue for me, even after restarting, but returning to a previous day fixed it.

Text issues
1) "I suppose that explains why the Baron hasn't receve."
Falcon says this during the Act 1 trial after asking about the photographs. It seems like this should end with "received the photographs yet."

2) "Baron Rorgueil, I"
Falcon says this while interrogating the Baron during the Act 1 trial, with no punctuation at the end. This seems cut-off since none of the possible following lines are continuations of this.

3) "Falcon and Sparrowson return to the bridge where they found the person-who-fishes, Toussaint Kingly."
This line appears if you choose to go to the bridge instead of the rooftop at the very first opportunity in Act 3. The words "person-who-fishes" overruns the text box. Also, at least in my playthrough, I don't recall Sparrowson ever meeting Kingly on the bridge; only Falcon met him there when he was fished out of the water.

Also, in terms of text, when Falcon is drunk and you have the options to revive him one of the choices is "poor a drink on him" or something similar, instead of "pour".

Not actually a bug, but there's a small bit of white attatched to the top of the Croc-Monsieur's sprite box. Looks like a little bit was left that wasn't transparent. Not super obvious, but it's noticable when the sprite flips and it moves.

The save and quit functionality doesn't work. Instead of saving at your current point, it just goes back to the start of the day when you continue the game.
