I find a way to play Fingered in Full Screen mode.
That it’s to request a Steam refund. If all people that buy this game expecting 2015’s features like play a game in full screen and not in a tiny window request a refund, i expect a full screen patch in less a week. But if people keeps giving positive reviews at this game based in silly jokes, why to put some work in make the game playable as today modern standards?

And the game is fun, a satyrical masterpiece, that does a really nice work at experimenting with procedural generated characters. Why ruins such a brilliant idea with that poor program coding?

And i’m not english native, so excuse me for my poor grammar.

Why would we request a refund? The game is worth next to nothing, the game worked perfectly fine in windowed mode, I still got the full experience of the game so far. The preformance of the game ain't that bad for being a port either.
I'm fine with it not being full screen. It looks like a flash game so why would I care _that_ much.

It costs only 2 bucks full priced so I honestly expected nothing from the game. Binding of Isaac had no controller support so this is nothing compared to that.
What can i say a really stupid reason to give a refund :)
Especially considering that you go bug support to give you a refund for such a cheap game.

(Think OP needs to start reading forums more, having a gut feeling that this isn't the first and last purchase getting a refund.)

First thing, i'm not trying to be polemical. I respect that you guys can enjoy a windowed game. Perhaps i'm a console boy that uses always Steam in Big Picture mode. And a Mac user that uses the Windows partition only to run Steam. But i can't enjoy a windowed game in a size 1/4 of my desktop.

Second, to Chronon, i buy this game in its FIRST MINUTE online. And wait some days before requesting the refund, expecting some announcement of James saying that he is working in the full screen support. But i don't found such statement. I can tolerate bugs in a game in its first day, Fingered was launched full of these. Programmers are human beings and i'm patient. When Fingered supports full screen, i will buy again. For me, requesting a refund it's a protest for the absent of a feature that i feel inadmisible in 2015.

Third, this game it's not a Flash game, not it's a port of anything. It's a game ONLY for Windows, programmed in HTML5 language. There is brilliant games programmed in HTML5 in Steam that works in full screen. One example of this is Horizon Shift.

And for the last, i don't mind the price of a game. Games cost money, but also demands TIME of the player. I prefer to invert my time in a game that not fatigue my eyes with its tiny size.

my screen is nice enough that it being in window mode isn't an issue for me.
it's a cheap game, and fun.

that being said, it would be nice to have a full screen option, or maybe an option to change the resolution :golden:
i will agree, it's kind of amazing they haven't said anything about it yet, but at the same time i think they want a few days away from work after release, either way, a bit soon to be jumping to conclusions.
OP is right, i'm fine with having no extra options but full screen is inadmissible.
No, please don't do it OP. I know that not having full screen mode sucks, I want that implemented in a future update as much as you do. But asking for refund for a game that you admit you do enjoy and is really really cheap just to prove a point, and wanting to convince other people to do the same thing is just not right.

One of the resons this game costs less than 2 dollars is that the developers now this game is technically rough. Edmund McMillen did knew that Binding of Isaac had really bad performance, and because of that the game was priced 5 dollars.

That said, if you want the developers to know how bad you want full screen mode in this game, please go contact the programmer James Id at his twitter (@jamesid), and please, please be polite. He seems to be a pretty nice guy, and have replyed when I talked to him. And have in mind that this is just the second game he made so far.

Hope you change your mind, and have a nice week!
Didn't know he was nice enough to keep the price down of the flash version of Binding of Isaac because of the performance. That's cool.

We don't have a good enough reason to. I wish that the develpoers would make full screen an option in the next update! (If there is one...):steamsalty:
I still can't believe I can't fullscreen this game, alt-enter crashes to desktop.
