Critical Bug, unplayable - Game Freezes after Logos

Hello!

I am not able to Play the game since i bought it, because as soon as the splash Logos are done the game freezes in the main Window.

I have all latest Hardware Drivers installed, i am running a i7 with a GTX 970 On windows 10, so newest Hardware.
I have done a filecheck, Reinstall of the Game and Windows 10, no solution, game still freezes.

The Internet gave me no information about this bug.

I am really frustrated about this and hope to get any solution from bigben and the community. Cheers for any help!

checked if it is something with the steam cloud so i deactivated it, but still crash after about 5 Seconds in Game menue or when pressing a Button etc.

Hello TheCroshy,
Can you please send to support@ekosystem.com (subject Handball 16) the file proc.dmp that should be created in the game directory after the game crashed. It may help us to see what could be your problem.

hmm after a big number of Reinstalls of the Game, Filechecks and startup, activates and deactivates of steam cloud it now magically works.

But thank you for your hint, as soon as it is back i will do as you suggested! Thank you very much.
