The automatic cleaning of memory was intentionally not included in this Lite CPUCores DLC version due to 1 simple reason: When you engage the memory clearing process, there is a CPU usage spike for between 1 to 3 seconds.
While 1 to 3 seconds is an absolutely tiny amount of time, having this be automatic and happening, say, in the middle of a boss fight, might cause an issue. Since CPUCores is all about FPS increasing, having something that potentially could lower FPS (if even for 1-3 seconds) doesn't make sense.
The way it's meant to be used is simply to click the "Engage Memory Cleaning" button in ClearMem, let it do it's thing (takes ~10 seconds), and then start your game in CPUCores!
