This happened to me as well. Looks like this software can only detect the games in the folder where Steam is installed, not in any other drive or folder. You can add the other drives manually by going to 'Settings' in CPUCores. Go to the 'Steam' tab and click on the 'Steamconfig' button. There you can add your folder that has your Steam Library. You have to know where your games are installed on your PC but you most likely do if you installed them on another drive yourself. Once you have found the folder where your games are installed be sure to choose the 'steamapps' folder. If you choose the 'common' folder or the 'SteamLibrary' or anything else then CPUCores won't recognize it. Hope this helps.
