Playtime achievements broken

Looks like I've got everything set but I can't unlock the achievements :
- Profile is public
- Game stats are public
- Antivirus clean

What could I do to make it work ?

I think it is just broken and it looks like the developer doesn´t know how to fix it.
Adding to that the software fails every few months to find my steam-library.
deleting .cfg-files doesn´t work for me. Last time it happened, a reinstall helped.
Currently it did not wirk here with me...I think I give up on this software now...
