How long to complete the game?

my Bitdefender just detected this game having a Trojan in it. I'm uninstalling and very dissatisfied.

Hi, First of all - this game is awesome. One of the best platformer I've ever played. Graphics, music, gameplay. Everything is so polished. Epic. I just beat main adventure with all coins. Now is time to unlock all achievments, but I have problem with Arcade Mode. It's hard, very hard. 9 lives for whole game, looks almost impossible for me :D Any advices, tips and tricks?...
