Why was I banned from the game?

It says "you have been temporarily blocked from entering online matches. please wait and try again" that I can't enter the game. I only remember playing a normal game with 3 people in a 100 chip game recently. I always lost the game and almost all my chips, so it's crazy to be banned from the game....

I was in the middle of a tournament, didn't lose my internet connection and I'm now "unable to connect to the server. Please check your internet connection." How is that even possible as I'm watching a Twitch stream at the same time? Give me a break with this....

Why Block my game 1 year ???

Game gave me a false ban. There is an error when you try to play the tutorial after you have already played the game for a while that causes the ban. I have reached out to tech support but have gotten no response yet. I will change this review if my account gets reactivated....

Really nice poker game that is finally doing a move to add more to just random poker games, this one created a universe, lots of customization, lore, that's great to see. But i can't recommend it, 1 games out 5 i fall on a cheater, all in all the time he know he will win before flops. Add to this algorithm issues were players that plays less often are more able to win all in preflops and this game is ruined by all this. Most poker games have the same issues. Creating an algorithm that frustrate you in off to push you to play but not too much and same goes for dopamine moments. Really mobile game -ish algorithm style there. Sad cause for the rest, it is pretty unique.
