The closest you can get to living out a Fyodor Dostoevsky novel. With only half of the melodrama, and double the poverty and violence.

to anyone considering playing this after playing patho 2, PLEASE do. it's less grindy and more story rich, easier than it looks, adds so much more depth to the story you already know but also a different experience and honesty just all around a good game on its own

Worth playing after playing Pathologic 2, in order to play the routes missing in that game. The games have differences both big and small, but both provide a unique and unforgettable experience...if you can put up with all the walking. And don't forget to use the Plaguefinder when walking in infected districts.
