Fallout 1 is crashing every time I attempt to play.

The first menu starts, and then the game crashes after pressing Play. I restarted my computer, uninstalled the game, and even checked my OS if it was up to date and checked my drivers. Nothing worked.

I wasn't able to make it work with the High Definition option, but I was able to play with old settings.
Right click the game on steam games list - > Properties -> General -> Select Launch Option -> Classic Version.
