Keep track of quest
Are there any easier way to keep track of quest you took ?

Currently im just writing down a piece of paper and look up online if im too lost to do it lol

In your pip-boy, there is info. You can click location names to see the quests you took there. Though there is no detailed log.

Even with the Pip Boy, I'd suggest keeping-track manually, especially if you wanna jolt-down details. This game is from '97 and even the best 2023 CRPGs can't track quests properly.
