What to do when your game crashes!

If your game crashes please try out the following things to fix the problem:

- If it does not show the Intro video and crashes instead. Please install the Microsoft Media Foundation from https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/search/result.aspx?q=Media+Feature+Pack for your version of Windows.

Or go to Windows Settings --> Apps --> Manage optional features --> Add a feature --> Windows Media Player --> Install.

- If it crashes when starting the game or when going into the testflight, please make sure you update your graphic card drivers to the newest version!

If the game still crashes or runs slow, please send us your system specs and your logfile to support@strayfawnstudio.com and we'll analyze it!

The game hangs constantly. Usually it's a black screen, or a black screen with a cursor, or download screen. The Microsoft Media Feature Pack is not appliable to my PC as my Windows build number the way ahead the most recent they got other there so it just won't install, yet I'm not sure it could fix the problem.
I guess I'll give it a couple of more tries as the game is looking like a pretty much immersive one but eventually I believe I'm going to give up trying.

Did you update the graphic card drivers?
If you want you can also send me your logfile so i can analyze it. Maybe we can fix it!

My notebook constantly overheting whyle this game running. Not sure if I could use crash report... But my notebook can run two eve online clients with no problems, and there are much better grafics.

I get a "PreloadData is missing. It should always be there." dialog box and closed app since yesterday's update

Try reinstalling or repairing the game. Seems you are missing some files.
Just tested it with the newest update, ran without problems.
