I united everything at turn 276... but nothing popped up saying i won. what am i missing?

After the latest update, my trade screen in all three polis' is bugged. When I begin to touch the slider, I have a couple of seconds to set the number of ships, but when I take too long, the trade resets, and I lose ships as a result. I already tried to change to the beta version channel, but this does not help either. It does not matter whether I want to increase or decrease the number of ships - I just lost 600 ships trying to trade with Milet. This sucks!...

Personally, I think that Corinth is too powerful. Don't get me wrong. I like Corinth. I am really struggling with this game. It's the first time I play this genre of games and I like it very much. I manage to get past the first two encounters, but after that I start failing on everything. I'm on easy and with Athens.
