Add notes to Items in the registry
This would be so amazing if you could add notes to any item (place, vehicle, base, etc.) in the registry to keep track of missions, good prices, etc.

To expand on this: the ability to search the registry so you can find that POI or vendor you came across when first starting out and now want. Map notations work to a point, but only if you know its going to be useful down the road.
