whats with the cpu requirement
lol i have an i5 and only get 6fps or so, theres no graphic settings or erm not that many options i mean..

this game is badly optimized. i get the same result. i have an i5 cpu and gtx 1050 ti graphics card.

The game is badly optimized and the main menu will always be laggy no matter what.
But capping the FPS to 30 made the rest of the game pretty consistent to me.
