Suggestion: New Survivors
This post is, at heart, just a bit of fun where I suggest a couple of new survivors and perks that I have come up with. I think they would be fun to have in-game. I welcome all feedback, suggested edits, and/or constructive criticism.

New Survivor 1: Tracy Barnham, Psychic

Physical Description: A tall, lean women with dark brown hair streaked with grey. Wears an eyepatch over one eye. She shares an eerie connection with the fog...

Perk One; Ultra Rare: Whisper of the Fog
You are cursed with a inherent understanding of the occult. When within 10m (15m) (20m) of a dull/hex (dull/hex) (hex) totem, you can hear its dark whispers. After the exit doors are powered, you gain double experience for each totem cleansed, applied to the Boldness category.

Perk Two; Rare: Warning Cry
You are inextricably connected to the dark forces around you. When the killer spooks wildlife, you can see their aura for 3s (4s) (5s).

Perk Three; Ultra Rare: Clarity in Anguish
Suffering grants a unique clarity to your mind. While wounded/dying receive a 3% (5%) (7%) movement speed bonus. When in the dream state or suffering from a negative status effect, work 2% (3%) (5%) faster and skill checks are slightly (slightly) (moderately) larger.

New Survivor 2: Declan O'Rourke, Bodyguard

Physical Description: Average height, red hair and a red, well-kept beard. Ex-military just trying to make his way after returning from tour.

Perk One; Rare: Second Wind
Once per match, when taking a hit for another player after an unhook or when the killer is carrying them, immediately heal from the blow after being still for 6s (4s) (2s). For the duration of your injured status, you suffer from the Haemorrhage status effect.

Perk Two; Ultra Rare: Preemptive Strike
When you (you) (you or someone you are working with) is/are interrupted in the middle of an action or when you are found in a locker by the killer, you may succeed a difficult skill check to strike the killer and stun them for 1.2s (1.6s) (2s). This trait may only be activated once every 60s.

Perk Three; Ultra Rare: Luck of the Irish
On your second hook, you may succeed a difficult (difficult) (moderate) skill check to automatically unhook yourself and receive a moderate (moderate) (great) speed boost. After the boost you suffer from the exhausted status effect for 60s (50s) (40s).

These are the only two I have for now. I hope you like them! Feel free to comment below with your thoughts, questions, or concerns! See you in the Fog!

I think Second wind should be 6/4/2 instead but you suffer from the Haemorrhage and Broken status effect for 30 seconds.

I like the idea of having the haemorrhage status effect, but I think I would have it applied for the duration of their injured status. I'm not sure that I'd like to have the broken status effect applied. Can I ask what your reasoning was behind that particular opinion?

So there is risk from saving your teammate, if you can take 2 hits for a teammate, both of you could easily get out of there but then there is the negative of not being able to heal right away.

I see, but you can't take two hits for your teammate. You can only take one hit. After that hit you will not heal until you stand still for x seconds (either 6s, 4s, or 2s) this time is more than adequate for the killer to strike you again if you do not run. This forces the survivor playing Declan to flee in order to avoid been put into the dying state. Granted, after the heal, if the killer does not pursue Declan he can run in and take another hit, but I figured that just forced new strategies to emerge for the killers, and that is part of any new character implemented. Do you think that is unreasonable?

On a seperate note, I really liked your thoughts in utilizing the haemorrhage status effect. I applied a modified version of the concept to the trait and would love your opinion on it! Thanks for continuing to give input!
