please dont nerf jagged compass

finally we get use out of our scourge hooks. FINALLY! I can use gifts of pain and floods of rage on any hook i want! It feels GREAT!!!

considering it eats a perk slot i think its fine (the moment i see a floods of rage nurse with it however im gonna be annoyed dx)
