When I try to open it, nothing opens. If I change compatibility settings to Windows 7 and check Admins settings, the game just starts opening and closing infinitely.

1) First You need to open game directory "...\Steam\steamapps\common\Ted by Dawn" 2) There is tedbydawn.exe which is in reality simple zip file.
