When I press "Play", the game's entry in Steam's game list turns into "Advent Rising - Running", but a few seconds later it turns back into its original state. There's no game icon in the task bar, no error message, nothing. I've tried launching the new "Play Advent Rising.exe" as admin, I've tried every compatibility option, no luck. I can still play the game, and the unofficial Advent Revising patch makes it pretty playable (and yes, I've tried the new launcher/version without the Revising files install...

Downloaded, installed, & RAN just fine at 1st... crashed when I got the ship to dock during the prologue, as soon as I started trying to play again it crashes, & says "CANNOT FIND STEAM", I've tried pretty much every compatibility setting too, Steam is OBVIOUSLY intentionally making this game unplayable just like the jerks in the gaming industry, & at Microsoft do with MOST older games, & making each new version of Windows STOP working with older game titles without either compatibility mo...
