Will the AI get improvements?
I tried playing original games back then, but all enjoyment I could possibly get crushed on the incompetent AI that couldn't even find a way to my city during the war. Any AI improvements?

Yes. AI is going to get looked at. There were a lot of AI improvements in Sorcerer King that are being brought over and depending on interest, I will be able to spend some quality time on the AI myself.

Hey, we are planning on improving the original experience, and AI is no difference. :)
Make them clear monsters.They just left them in later FE patches for some reason in their territory.It was immersion breaking imo

I think the only time I ever really was worried when I saw those big berserkers that have maul ability from that evil faction come after me being aggressive in a big army.

Also the dead faction needs serious work as well, having problems with the previous Legendary Heroes.

Yeah, the Dead were a bad opponent in FE:LH, the AI just didn't play them well at all.

Now as the player, they were pretty cool to play with, as they were a very different experience!

The skeletons are going to be going away entirely. They shouldn't have been in the lore. So that whole thing is going to get a major rework.
I agree with Ashbery76 that the AI needs to clear monsters in their territory and the monsters should be attacking their cities. Too many times there is an AI city right next to a dragon and it doesn't do anything until the player moves near it.
AI will never satisfy everyone, so my question is, will the AI be fully moddable? Can a modder script their own behaviors, both strategic, tactic and diplomatic?

But I liked playing the Necromancers. Def a challenge but get bunch of Death Shards and Morrigans call and be careful in the early game and they are a lot of fun.
