I re-bound "Disassemble" to D (which I'm pretty sure I used to use) and now if I E->D to Equip to Offhand the item will equip and immediately Disassemble (if applicable)

I tried this with various other sequences, for example including "T" in your sequence will Throw the item. I don't think this was the case before.
