Inspect milestone "do all actions" show wrong text.
{Action:100025} {Action:100026} {Action:100027} is shown in the Inspect dialog, instead of the actual action name & refer

This is likely due to unloading a mod in your game that added an action. Is that the case?

No, only "debug tools" mod is unloaded, but that mod add no new actions obviously.

For more info:
1. Action counts for all is 129, which is the same with base game.
2. For 2.12.1, it works well, the case occurs after update the game.
3. I test and found, it occurs even I delete all save data & remove all mods at the same time. It refers to action "move" "move all" "move all same quality". Drop looks the same but work well, seems some missing codes for move case.
