I seem to just spawn back at the beginning of wherever I'm at. Non-boss enemies retain their injuries and items used on bosses I died from are back in my inventory. At this point I might as well just kill myself whenever I'm at low health and not at a boss....

So I finally found the fourth wave spawn room in the rooted gauntlet, battled for about an eternity, and now that the dust has settled I'm stuck in the room. There are 2 green tornadoes floating around, a bunch of little squids that re-spawn if I kill them, and the tall things that spit the squids out are blocked off. The blue laser tower is also spinning in the center of the room. No matter how much I shoot/bomb the squids, tornadoes, or laser tower, nothing is happening, and the door I came in through is...

Sometimes the game runs fine at 60 FPS. But sometimes, when I enter a new area, the game drops down to 30 FPS. Alt-tabbing out of the game, then switching back in again sometimes fixes the framerate, but sometimes doesn't. This is not a huge problem, but still mildly annoying. Is anyone else having the same problem? I don't think the problem has anything to do with my computer specs; the game never uses more than 50% of my graphics card, according to MSI Afterburner....
