Великолепная классика, которая не стареет!

Final Fantasy IX — это настоящий шедевр, который переносит игрока в волшебный мир, полный приключений, трогательных моментов и незабываемых персонажей. Графика в HD-обработке выглядит прекрасно, музыка Нобуо Уэмацу просто божественна, а история до сих пор остаётся одной из самых душевных во всей серии.

This game explains the backstory of the Kingdom Hearts 2 character ViVi.

The vibe in the first two discs is immaculate just pure charm. The last two discs, however, feel quite different due to pacing issues. Not bad at all, just not as strong. After a major city gets blown up, the game takes on an odd tone that doesn’t quite match the earlier atmosphere.
The first four characters Zidane, Vivi, Garnet, and Steiner are all fantastic. Freya had an interesting few moments, but unfortunately, she gets sidelined for most of the story. My favorite Quina moment is when he kills himself because he’s broke. Eiko was kind of annoying, and Amarant felt like he was missing an entire character arc.

The gameplay is classic old-school turn-based combat for better and for worse. I recommend using the fast-forward feature during battles to smooth out the 15 FPS issue.

Overall, the game delivers a wonderful story with just-okay gameplay. The second half feels a bit rushed at times, but it’s still a memorable experience.

Man I sure hope Square does a remake. Finally, after 25 years, got to play through start to finish. Didn't get to finish it as a kid. Totally freakin worth it now!
