How to unlock superstar level?
And second question: how to get the "Distinguished Green Greed Cross" achievement?

To Unlock Superstar Diffuculty You Need To Beat The Game On Veteran. (Activate It On Unclockables). Green Cross Is Self Explanotory (Just Collect Every Coin On Chest Level)

Thank you for your answer. When it comes to Green Cross, it is impossible to do it because the boxes fly too fast and it is impossible to shoot them all down and collect the coins.
