i never went in 3rd person and back when i was out in matter of fact its all 3rd person

And did you try... going... into FIRST person and then back?

This is the same theory behind "did you try turning it off and back on again". Because a lot of times, that does work.

This is a vanilla, but uncommon bug. What's happened is your pipboy has been unequipped when you get into power armour, and was not re-equipped when you got out.

This bug is made worse by some power armour mods, pip-boy mods, and some clothing mods.

You can try getting in and out of the power armour again,

Changing between 1st and 3rd person view and back again.

OR you can use a console command:
player.equipitem 00021b3b

That is the default command... but if you have modified your pipboy through mods it may not work.

i dont have any modded pipboy enabled but when it started to do that i did use the command before but it didnt seem to work

You have to be wearing a Power Armour Frame.min to use the Crafting bench. If you are just in reg armour you can'r use it.

i have mods and i dont think its any of them

standard sentence from ppl who trashed there game themself only because they "belief" (not "know") there mods dont wreck havoc at tons of data that isnt involved with what the mod itself shoud affect at the end.....
and my teacher ever sayed: you shoud only belief when it comes to religion.....

if it is the vanilla invisble power armor frame bug (that i havent seen in literal years thnx to the one mod that matters: UFO4P) you shoud see it in third person, because your avatar got stretched limps.

ok, i went in 3rd person it didn't work i did the command still nothing, i even got in the power armor and went in 3rd person and got it still nothing. i can access my inventory in the power armor and storages but i just cant access it and equip/eat and drink etc. the only way i can drink is from stuff like sink and water sources
