This is a reasonably common issue, so it'll be important to know what things you have or haven't tried.
This is the same theory behind "did you try turning it off and back on again". Because a lot of times, that does work.
This bug is made worse by some power armour mods, pip-boy mods, and some clothing mods.
You can try getting in and out of the power armour again,
OR
Changing between 1st and 3rd person view and back again.
OR you can use a console command:
player.equipitem 00021b3b
That is the default command... but if you have modified your pipboy through mods it may not work.
and my teacher ever sayed: you shoud only belief when it comes to religion.....
if it is the vanilla invisble power armor frame bug (that i havent seen in literal years thnx to the one mod that matters: UFO4P) you shoud see it in third person, because your avatar got stretched limps.
make a hard save before using console in case you need to go back
