OS *: Windows 7/8/10 (64-bit OS required)
Processor: Intel Core i7 4790 3.6 GHz/AMD FX-9590 4.7 GHz or equivalent
Memory: 8 GB RAM
Graphics: NVIDIA GTX 780 3GB/AMD Radeon R9 290X 4GB or equivalent
Storage: 30 GB available space
Otherwise yeah your hardware seems fine, and if you do choose to play above the strongly-recommended 60 fps you should use the mod, and be aware that it still may be buggy over 60.
The "Weapon Debries" option no longer exists in the graphic settings since a few updates ago.
It was so buggy and lead to so many crashes its not off by default and the option to activate it is gone from the graphic settings menu.
I think you can still turn in on by rewriting some ini file but thats it.
And yeah, that system will have no problems whatsoever to run this game on highest settings.
This is a 10 year old game by this point, it runs well on way weaker hardware.
Hell, i have like 60 hours on my ROG ALLY which is a PC handheld and even that manages locked 60 fps on high settings in 1600x900.
Unless it was removed in the NG update?, it was there in .163 (The last version before the NG update) I know this, because my game runs on this older exe, and that option is very much there.
It certainly wasn't removed "a few updates ago".
The only reason the option could be gone for you, would be your using an AMD/Intel card and those don't have that option, or your game is in a bad state.
I've not seen anything that suggests it's been officially removed by Bethesda......
Started up a 'next gen' new game and it closed to desktop before I could get to the Vault.
I remember yelling out loud "TODD!!!"
It's a creation engine game. Anything can run it.
But you do need a SSD. By the time, I finished the game. It took about 175 GB of hard drive space.
It will run well as long as u dont try to max out settings and dont do too many texture improvements.
My previous rig i9 10900KF, 64GB DDR4 RAM, RTX 4070, old SSD, would run smooth but I could not turn all settings up.
Before that I had a i7 9700, 16GB DDR4 RAM, RTX 760ti (yes!), old SSD and it would play fine but no texture mods and lower settings only.
AFAIK all RTX 40X0 series cards turn weapons debris off automatically when they detect FO4.
You're pretty solidly mistaken there, given the fact that many people posting HERE for assistance with things that do not run it, would beg to differ.
If you mean, "that computer with those specs can run darn near anything" then yes.
This game? Won't run on slow CPUs or without a good amount of dedicated VRam, so... yeah no it won't be "anything".
