With the new release of Easy Anti Cheat, servers now require some additional information when launching
You will need to add the below to your start scripts or command line when launching

(NOTE, YOU WILL LIKELY NEED TO DO SOME FORMATTING DUE TO STEAM'S
CHARACTER PLACEMENT LIMIT IN THESE DISCUSSION BOARDS)

You can also opt to do this instead, which is easier:

add this to your engine.ini file so your server starts properly.

Your server will not work without it. Also, if your server shows a ping of 444 or -1,000 you need to open up the ICMP port.
