Sorry for the double posting but I really want some feedback on this cause now im seriously stumped

Since this i've replaced the accessory with frozen anger for the synergy with chilled blood (it helps with up keep) and replaced my ring with terra's binding since rime was tickling enemies even with the other ring.

I've also applied a few runes and they've helped me push the build one extra tier (I can clear M3 sorta comfortably but M4 is trouble and M5 is a hard wall), what are some other runes i could use? im mainly struggling with damage.
