Issues in Purchasing of In-Game Items

Mercenaries, if you have encountered any difficulties with purchasing Hired Ops in-game items for real money, let us know in the comments. Please specify your region and the currency you are using for Steam Market purchases. After processing the information, we will make sure to solve the transaction issues.

We also would like to remind you that all items you purchased in Hired Ops for real money, including the in-game currency and the premium account, are transferred into your Steam Inventory according to the Community Market Guidelines. After purchasing any in-game item please check your Steam Inventory and apply these items to your Hired Ops account. Please be aware that the items may appear in your Steam Inventory several minutes after the purchase.

i bought 2 30 day premium and it hasn't shown up in my inventory the 2nd was bought on accident

I bought 2 premium memberships and 1,000 credits and nothing showed up. I spent a total of $15.00 us dollars.

really don't understand why this happen but please give it a fix.
i love this game and i really do want to buy some stuff from the game but since i can't purchase the in-game currency i don't know why.

-in-game price only show (0 rubbles)
-also when clicked to purchase the game is not even popping up the steam transaction page
