I've had this product for a few days now, and I can't watch a full video through without multiple long buffer delays. The product or service hasn't been "rendered" yet. Gotta fix the streaming!

I want to see the videos but when i start watching them a message saying "An unexpecting error ocurred while trying to play this video", i cant see any troubleshooting issue in this site btw
