Glitch Reporting
Please post any glitches or crashes you've encountered in this thread.
If I've locked the thread, it means I've either fixed the glitch or I'm in the process of fixing the glitch.

GLITCHES THAT I ALREADY KNOW ABOUT
Sparkles aren't deleted if you go up a floor on the frame that they're deleted.
Crash on pressing exit (Steam related issue, can't currently fix it)
Workshop trying to download mods that have been deleted (Also steam related)
Throwing knives offscreen in tutorial duplicates knives
Enemies aren't always stunned when they're caught in a flashbang explosion

KNOWN ISSUES (EA1):
Completing a sliding block puzzle crashes the game.
The game janks up when you switch the game's resolution.
Clicking on the ending screen crashes the game.
