cant figure out wich mini game it is

Hi, just played the game through twice on hard mode and no achievement. Wondering if anyone else had this problem or if it was me. Thanks in advance.

I got stucked at 33 phantom items so I revisited every location according to the guide, and found one more, but it seems that I'm still missing one.
