BR incursion followed by god awful servers really did kill it before it even released, honestly.
Im shocked its still running.
The stats distribution turned me away, and I never feel this is anything related to Ragnarok, then the stats was fixed to class, which is clearly going the opposite direction of Ragnarok and become just a regular rpg game with nothing stands out except for the arts.
They throw a lot of exp/gear at new players - which is overwhelming because you have a lot of management of skill points and such to figure out. You end up skipping a good chunk of the game so you can get to endgame content faster, but there's nothing to do when you get there because the few active guilds that do endgame content are not recruiting new players.
Unless you have some friends to play with, this will feel very much like a single player game, the only other players you'll see are people who afk in town 24/7. And you'll struggle to solo endgame content so good luck.
