Nomad Fleet Game Crashes Before Playing

Have a problem with nomad fleet i click to play it trys to load up and then crashes and gives me this error message "Ooops - The game crashed - The crash report folder named 2019-12-09_092854 next to game exacutable. It would be great if you'd send it to the developer of the game". I have Windows 7, 64 bit system, intel i5 processor and running a Nvidia GTX 780 graphics card. Any help would be greatfully appricaited

If you can also send me the file output_log.txt that should be in the NomadFleet_Data folder (only if it exists, maybe the game crashes before generating it).
