Also, may I remind you - as long as you have a license for the related SKU ( and you seem to have it, since you have the "mouse icon" ) you can craft card packs for a given game.
That would likely be the cheapest way for you to get the cards. Certainly cheaper than 1000 gems per card ( you get iirc 3 cards per pack - and for this specific game the pack costs 667 gems ).

You can get gems either by:
A. Dissolving your inventory items into them

B. Buying gem pack here

I'm just reminding you card packs are a thing. Game being permanently shutdown does NOT affect player ability to craft new card packs!

Yeah. The way I completed my set, plus the badge, was just through pack crafting, and trading with folks who had cards. I traded a bunch of cards for a game I haven't played in forever for a majority of the missing cards, and also some of them were listed on scrap.tf so I also got some there for tf2 scrap.
