I was playing Case 4 (Police Farce) when I realized I was at a dead end. After looking up several guides, I realized that the game was not giving me the Laxatives after I interact with the first aid kit. The dialogue exchange between me and the receptionist plays out as normal, but no "item received" popup appears, and nothing is added to my inventory.

I tried going to the Support link on the website, but it gave me a 403 error, so I'm asking here.

I'm using Windows 10 if that helps.
