The game doesn't have a DualSense profile but with NCI OFF it will get matched to the DualShock 4 profile because the DS4 & DS5 use the name in the OS. The two controllers essentially follow the same mapping so using the DS4 profile isn't a problem.
DualSense over Bluetooth:
Set PlayStation Controller Support to 'Not Enabled' (or to 'Enabled In Games w/o Support' and then disable Steam Input via the per-game setting), then connect the controller.
(Steam > Preferences > Controller > PlayStation Controller Support)
PlayStation Controller Support must not be set to 'Enabled', otherwise Steam will change the way the BT DualSense operates and it wont be compatible with how HK wants to read it. The controller has to be power-cycled to return to its initial way of operating.
(Some games also change the way the controller operates, so may find you need to power-cycle after playing them.)
Also use the same NCI = OFF setting.
