"Ring of Assurance"

If only I could be "assured" of the game not being a buggy mess at launch, to justify the foolishness of pre-ordering.

Haha, what am I saying, that's totally a *fantasy*, right?

Very excited for this one. I hope they release it polished and ready to roll. The first was enormous fun....great formula and gameplay. Fun combat. Stylish and unique world. Somewhere nice to run around in your free time and not "souls-like" dark and depressing.

Remember no preorders. 2023 was a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ year already with a lot of buggy, messy releases, espeacially from large studios that should have the funds to release a proper game. Can it release in a good state ? yes. is it very likley considering the scale of this game and what "live service" brought us so far ? I wouldn't bet on it. Have seen too much "Cash grab now, fix eventually later" lately

Also end of march is a strangely convinient release date considering that its the end of the first financial quarter of 24. Just saying make of this what you want :)

"crystals to spend beyond the rift." - Oh good, ANOTHER game with a £60-£70 price tag AND microtransactions. I loved DDDA but I will I'll avoid this until the price comes down or the transactions are scrapped like before.

That price is ... very hefty considering how short the first game turned out to be. I think I'll wait and see the reviews at least.

RCs are nothing new though. Was used for Pawn stuff and other things in DDDA.

they havent even bothered fixing the original game, so you can be "assured" that this one will indeed be a buggy mess.
