Missed "Lost and Found" - start over or no?
Like the title says I completely forgot about the lost and found quest with quina so now I'm either going to miss out on one of the best stories in the game or start from scratch... I realise it's not too far in and I can always play through on ng+ but not only am I a nuerotic completionist I havn't played for a couple years and I realy missed this game. What do you all think?

Depends. Do you really want to start over all that progress for missing one side quest when you can go for 100% in NG+ with extreme ease with portcrystals everywhere?

It's more than just one side quest, that quest leads to an entire area of the map being forever closed and an important and interesting backstory getting missed.

Switch your game to hard mode, which will start it at the beginning but let you keep your Arisen and some equipment (I don't remember whether it's all your items or just equipped), then switch back to normal.

Or if you're already on HM, just switch to normal and then HM again.

Yeah, one small church interior and a doll with some dialogue. If it's worth if to you to completely start over for your waifu go ahead.

Doesnt missing Lost and Found also cut out the entire western portion of the Witch Wood?

I was going to start over on hard anyway but will it let me keep my pawn? I spent alot of time making him look exactly like Elijah Wood as a hobit. Unfortunately Frodo isn't one of the safe names so I whent with Bobo:feste:

It's alot more than that you miss out the entire west part of witchwood and the witches backstory wich expains alot about your character

Another place with like one or two unique gathers and a small sideboss. Like I said, if you wanna start over it's your choice, but it'd be much easier to just wait until NG+. Among the many things Dragon's Dogma is great at, story really isn't one of them. The main plot is ok but everything else is so bland and forgetable.

Hard mode keeps everything including your pawn, same as NG+ :)
