So it seems mineable planetary resources are finite, right? Once you drill down to the 'red' layer, they become scarcer and scarcer till there are none left to mine? SO it is impossible to just keep mining and processing resource to fill up a near-empty fuel tank to 100% or fully repair a badly-damaged hull? Can anybody verify this?
