Crash after 20 seconds on iMac
The game starts, and after about 20 seconds consistently crashes. Within that window, i can adjust some of the settings, such as windowed or not, and reduce graphic quality, but nothing helps. I have an iMac running Mojave, and i meet all the minimum specs. Any ideas?

I'll see if i can find anything. There should be a log file somewhere (on windows it would be in the appdata folder, don't know from the top of my head where it is on mac).

You can also try the official support at https://www.daedalicsupport.com .That might take a bit, though.

Have the exact same problem.
After around 15-30 Seconds max the game just ends. Back to desktop.
No error message nothing.
And yes i fullfill the minimum specs and a bit more.

Same here. Mojave 10.14.6. Blinks initially b/w text/images and square-ish blocks. I'll poke some more, but any help appreciated.

A brief update - works a bit longer in windowed mode (Alt-Enter after start), but still crashes w/o warning.

Ah, one more thing. I must say that my MacBook Pro does not have the AMD graphics card that the requirements list. I guess I will have to play it on a windows box :(

Thanks for the report. Having a graphics card below the minimum specs should not cause the game to crash by just idling in the menu as far as i know. Particle heavy scenes like the lander sequences later on would be more likely to do so. Can you post your exact graphics card model?

OS X Mojave 10.4.6.
Trying to run the game with mouse & keyboard (no controller). At the start screen, cursor is stuck in the topleft corner. Unable to select anything from the starting menu, keyboard also unresponsive. Graphic card AMD Radeon Pro Vega 48.
I found the CrashReport hidden in <username>/Library/Application Support/Daedalic Entertainment GmbH/UnrealEngine/4.18/Saved/Crashes. Can share with Daedalic when needed.
I have send the same info to Daedalic Entertainment Support

I posted the problem I had on Daedalic Entertainment Support on December 11, we are now December 26: NO response from them, not even an acknowledgment, very disappointing!

The support of Daedalic can be slow, since it's a bundled support for all their out of development games.
In this timeframe there are the holidays on top.

As well as me not having the tools to reproduce and not finding any similar problems, it for sure seems .... not ideal.

i'll nudge the community manager to see wether something got stuck in the system.
