Sliding Question

Hello Guys and Gals,

How does one stop themselves from sliding down objects?
I am doing tutorial and on 2nd planet and I land on the ship wing (I think) but i cant make ship stick to press "W" for inspect the wreck.

Or do I have to press it while trying to hover?

the lander can thrust downwards, which should keep you in place long enough to press W.
That might not work on an icy planet with a lot of wind later on in the game.

Hello GrenPa,

while my replies are not always that fast, i try to keep an eye on this forum. So if you have more questions, feel free to ask them!

The game can, and actually wants to be hard sometimes, but it is very good at what it tries to do (in my opinion), so i'd say there's definitly fun to be had!
