Known Issues

Where can I find my savegames and logs?
Savegames and logs are stored under the following path:
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\tljh\Saved

I am experiencing some overlaps and/or cutoffs of UI elements, especially in the “Start New Jump Mission” screens.
For some resolutions with an aspect ratio other than 16:9, some overlaps or cutoffs of UI elements may appear. This will be fixed in a future update.

Why are the icons on the minimap at the top right so small on my 2k/4k screen?
This is a known issue when playing on a resolution higher than 1920x1080 and will be fixed in a future update.

I connected my headphones while playing the game, but there was no sound at all.
The game needs to be restarted to properly play audio.

Why doesn’t Steam track my progress or save to the Cloud?
You need to start the game through Steam for it to trigger achievements or use cloudsaving. It doesn’t work when starting the tljh.exe from the installation folder directly.

The game appears to be frozen inside a loading screen for a long time. The animation has stopped moving.
Especially when starting a new gaming session, generating and loading the necessary parts of the game takes a long time, during which the game may appear frozen. Best tip is to simply wait a bit for the game to load and not worry about it appearing frozen.

Why was the pixel limit in the options menu set to 1000k suddenly?
If you muted any of the volume settings, the pixel limit will be set to 1000k. This is a known bug and will be fixed in a future update.
I fulfilled the goals for an achievement, but for some reason it didn’t trigger. What can I do? Right now, there are two achievements that do not trigger, which are “Ports of Call” and “Open Hailing Frequencies”. These will be fixed in an update soon.

My ship devices suddenly disappeared after clicking on them in the ship menu. What happened?
You can destroy damaged or intact devices/parts of the ship manually to replace them by clicking the button mentioned at the bottom right, so be careful which button you press.
