I did what the other threads suggested and added the environment variable, restarted my PC and now the crash on startup looks slightly different but crashes nonetheless (before adding the env variable, it would just display as "launching" on Steam then the play button would appear as if I closed the game. Now, it launches, I can see the game in my taskbar and then after about 5 secs it closes with no error message.

Any ideas what else I could try? I'm on Win11 for reference
