Store page says english, spanish, japanese, german, italian, etc. Properties on Steam only lets me switch between english and japanese, in-game it's the same, so where can I change and get the rest of the languages?

I don´t understand why the people keep playing this game at fightcade instead of this port (it's a great port!)... GAROU at fightcade is horrible it had buggy music, a lot of input delay and lag, and had one of the WORST communities in gaming -It's just because "it's free"? -Or just even in a great price at speciall offers is not enough? It's a miracle that bullsh*t of platform are still online. PD: Sorry for my bad english... Is not my native language ...
