Hi! I currently use a rtx 3070, with i5 14600kf and 64go ddr4 3200. I play ONLY with rfactor 2. Is it better to change the gpu for an old rtx 3090 with 24go vram, or a brand New 4070ti with 12go for rfactor 2???

I have reinstalled tried different setting like auto clutch ,request pit exit everything I can think of but my car wont move out of the garage. Have a G29 wheel and pedals and they are working fine but in 1st gear car just revs as if the clutch is in. Be really grateful if any of you know a solution....
